HISTORY 1969 Studio Planning and Installation - BBC Design and fitting out various studios within the BBC organisation with emphasis on mechanical and electrical elements including monitor banks, control desks with related services. 1972 Design Draughting/ Sales Manager - Stangard Ltd Special projects and design development including kitchen design layouts, service and works manufacturing drawings. 1982 Project Manager - Berkeley Projects UK Project management and design development of large installations including: Shell and core fitting out of all themed restaurants at EuroDisney's Cheynne and Sante Fe Hotels, including all M&E services. builders work and shopfitting. 2001 Project Management Consultant - Darvis Ltd Intoduced to company computerised systems for estimating and project accounting as well as managing a 100K design, construction and fit out of sushi restaurant. Project management of several pure building contracts including reception area for London office building, refurbishing offices for travel company, conversion for Medway Hospital and several retail outlets. 2002 Formed Michael J Bennett Project Management Designed and managed the construction of catering units including negoiations with local authority planning departments, M&E design, procurement and commissioning.
